International rating agency Moody's has awarded to the CJSC „Swedbank Invest" a long term rating - Â2, for a short-term deposits in foreign currency rating - NP, and also rating of financial stability Å+. A prognosis by all ratings is stable.
The audit of the Bank is performed by "Price Waterhouse Coopers" and audit firm "Analyst".
CJSC „Swedbank Invest” is the legal successor of CJSC „TAS-INVESTBANK”, which is in its turn is a legal successor of JSB "Societe General Ukraine" and since 1996 operating on the Ukrainian market of financial services.
In 2001, due to the changes in the shareholders structure the bank was renamed to JSC „TAS-INVESTBANK”, and on December 17, 2007 due to the fact that Bank was absorbed by the international bank group Swedbank, it changed its name to „Swedbank Invest”. Currently the bank employs 189 staff members.
Was founded in 1820, Swedbank is one of the leading Banking Groups in the Northern Europe and Baltic’s. Market capitalization amounts to around 20 bln, USD. Swedbank has 8,9 mln., private and 579 thousand of corporate customers in the Northern Europe and Baltic’s.
The International Group is successfully operating in Copenhagen, Helsinki, Luxemburg, New York, Oslo, Tokyo, Shanghai, Moscow, Saint Petersburg, and Kaliningrad. As of July 9, 2007 this list has been added by Kiev.
